Debra Messing has partnered with TJ Maxx to star in the retailer's second Maxx You Project campaign, which aims to encourage women to 'embrace their individuality - together'.

The project will cultivate an online community, connecting women and creating a 'shecosystem' to inspire and support others, as well as hosting a series of workshops, including a talk by athlete and Maxx You Project veteran, Laila Ali, on July 28. Messing commented 'I'm really lucky to have so many women in my life who live as their true, authentic selves... I want to pass it on'.
